My husband was eager to visit Redwood Inn because it held nostalgic value for him from his younger days. He was thrilled with the Friday night fish fry and said the perch was the best he’s ever had. I opted for the pork chop, and it was cooked perfectly with delicious breading.

The Redwood Inn has always been a favorite of ours—a fantastic spot for a drink and their Friday perch or Broasted chicken dinner. The portions are among the largest in the state and consistently cooked to perfection. If you’re in the Green Bay area, you should definitely give it a try.

While the ambiance may not be the most appealing, don’t let that fool you—this is the go-to spot for outstanding food and excellent service. I’m a big fan of a good perch fry, and Redwood Inn offers the best I’ve ever had. You won’t leave hungry. It’s a very popular spot, especially on Friday nights, so expect a crowd, but the wait is absolutely worth it.
